Hi, I’m Dean Oros. I create images for people.
I’ve been behind a camera, both motion and stills, for over 15 years. I still feel like a big kid, except I’m wrapped in the mindset of a commensurate professional.

I began my career in TV / film, working for some of the biggest film companies in Canada, and travelled the world for my work. This allowed me the opportunity to collaborate with amazing, creative people from a variety of cultures. Titles I’ve been involved with have sold to over 125 countries. Some are award-winners, including the National Film Board of Canada’s Best Documentary Award (Jihad: Struggling with Islam).

When I moved into photography I discovered I was fortunate. My film background lends itself perfectly to storytelling in still images.
